Hereinafter referred to as "Purity White AI" or "the Publisher".

02Purpose of the ToU

These general terms of use (ToU) are intended to define the terms of access to and use of the Purity White AI software, a SaaS platform for automation, appointment booking and artificial-intelligence assistance intended exclusively for professionals in the beauty sector.

03Scope — users concerned

The service is strictly reserved for:

  • professionals (salons, institutes, independents, at-home professionals);
  • acting within the scope of their professional activity.

The professionals’ end clients have no Purity White AI account and no contractual relationship with Purity White AI. These ToU apply only to professional users.

04Description of the service

Purity White AI is a SaaS software including in particular:

  • a conversational AI assistant;
  • an automated appointment-booking system;
  • automatic reminders;
  • management of deposits and booking fees;
  • management of scheduling, clients, appointments and teams;
  • a complete dashboard;
  • a mini-site with a booking system, QR code and widget.

The service is accessible in particular via a web browser, WhatsApp, Instagram, a widget or the mini-site.

05Changes to the service

Purity White AI reserves the right to develop, modify, improve, suspend or remove certain features, with no obligation to keep them identical, and without this giving rise to any compensation.

06Access to the service

Access to the service is personal, strictly reserved for the professional who holds the account. It is strictly forbidden to:

  • share an account;
  • resell the service;
  • use Purity White AI for competitive or reproduction purposes.

Purity White AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without notice in the event of non-payment, abusive use, illegal use or breach of these ToU.

07Artificial intelligence — limits

The user expressly acknowledges that:

  • the AI is not human;
  • the AI can produce errors;
  • the AI never replaces a human professional;
  • the AI can be interrupted when a human agent takes over.

The AI provides no medical diagnosis, gives no medical or paramedical advice, and relies exclusively on the information provided by the professional. The professional is solely responsible for the content, responses and information passed to their clients via the AI they have configured.

08Professional’s responsibility

The professional remains solely responsible for their business, their services, their legal, regulatory and professional obligations, as well as their relationship with their end clients.

Purity White AI acts solely as a tool for automation and technical assistance.

09Personal data — GDPR

Purity White AI acts as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR. The professional is the data controller.

The data that may be processed includes in particular names, phone numbers, email addresses and appointment histories. The professional can delete their clients’ data from their dashboard.

Data is kept for 12 months after cancellation, then automatically anonymized.

Purity White AI uses third-party providers, in particular Stripe, OpenAI, Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram) and Resend (emails).

10Service availability

The service is provided with no guarantee of permanent availability. Interruptions may occur, in particular for maintenance, updates, technical incidents or dependence on third-party services. The service is provided with no obligation of result.

11Limitation of liability

Purity White AI excludes all liability in the event of loss of revenue, loss of clientele, disputes between the professional and their clients, or errors related to the information provided by the professional.

Purity White AI’s liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the professional over the last 12 months, all causes combined.

12Suspension — termination

Purity White AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of spam (in particular WhatsApp), non-compliance with Meta’s rules, or illegal or unlawful content.

After termination, data is kept for 12 months, then anonymized.

13Intellectual property

The entire software, AI, workflows, templates, interfaces, content and technologies are the exclusive property of Purity White AI.

The professional benefits only from a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use, with no right of reproduction, resale or commercial exploitation.

14Governing law — disputes

These ToU are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to a prior mandatory attempt at mediation. Failing an amicable agreement, express jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Lyon.

15Acceptance

Use of Purity White AI implies full and complete acceptance of these ToU.
